摘要 | Given the widely usage and corrosion tendency of AA5083, it is crucial and highly desired to transform intrinsically hydrophilic AA5083 to be water-repellent superhydrophobicity. In this paper, we constructed porous anodized AA5083 and achieved superhydrophobicity by fluorosilane self-assembly. The surface topography, roughness and chemical compositions were investigated by SEM, AFM and XPS. The corrosion-resisting behavior was revealed by EIS, demonstrating prominent improvement of corrosion resistance. In addition, the superhydrophobic AA5083 exhibits ultralow adhesion force, excellent self-cleaning and mechanical stability. We greatly anticipate the construction of superhydrophobic surfaces with mechanical robustness on AA5083 will effectively broaden its promising applications. |
