摘要Sulfides have complex matrix, dramatically varied mineral composition and high content of sulfur and most of sulfides are often insoluble, which results in low precision and accuracy in trace elements determination. Several kinds of acid group were used to digest sulfide samples. On the basis of analysis, (A) HNO(3) sealed digestion method; (B) HCl+HF and HNO(3) two-step digestion method were used to further digest national standard sulfide and reference materials; GBW07267 (pyrite), GBW07268 (chalcopyrite) and GBW07270 (sphalerite) as well as international standard sulfide reference WMS-1a (massive sulfide) and about 39 elements (including Au, Ag and REE) were determined. The results suggest that HNO(3) sealed digestion method is effective for the determination of Bi, Ag, Mo, Li, Cs and V. HCl+HF and HNO(3) two-step digestion method is suitable for determination for Au, Mn, Ti, Nh, Zr, Hf, Bi, Cd, In, Li, Rb, Cs, Cr, Ba, Sr, Co, Ni, Ga, Th, U, V, Sc, Y and REEs.; Sulfides have complex matrix, dramatically varied mineral composition and high content of sulfur and most of sulfides are often insoluble, which results in low precision and accuracy in trace elements determination.
